The site presents information about onada digital, a creative consultancy focused on AI adoption, culture, and digital transformation.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of this site alone. External links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

We process the minimum personal data needed for the site to work:

• Your email address — when you request a sign-in link or subscribe to our occasional dispatches.
• Your language preference and (for newsletter subscribers) a record of your opt-in, with timestamps and a hashed copy of your IP for audit.
• A language preference cookie — set when you choose a locale.
• Authentication tokens — short-lived cookies set after you sign in.

Data is used solely to authenticate you, remember your language, and respond if you contact us. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis: your consent (cookies) and the performance of our agreement (when you sign in or contact us), under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD.

Authentication tokens expire automatically (access tokens after 15 minutes, refresh tokens after 7 days). Email addresses associated with sign-in records are kept until you ask us to delete them.

You may ask us to access, correct, port, or erase your data, or object to its processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@onada.digital to exercise any of these rights — we will respond within one month.

If you believe we are mishandling your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
